Cultural lesion test?!

Does anyone by chance know how long it can take to get your cultural lesion tests back from the lab? Its been 6 days im just wondering thanks much:)

it's most helpful when you just keep adding to your original post instead of making new ones each time.

herpes lesion cultures can vary. if it was actually pcr, depends on where your clinic had to send the specimen to. if it was a viral lesion culture, some clinics report back in 3 days while others wait at least a week. Other delays can be due to waiting for a medical provider to look at the results from the lab and then giving them to someone to notify you about.

In other words, it varies from clinic to clinic but typically waiting a week or more isn't unusual. call monday for results.
