Dark Spots/Possible Warts on scrotum

I have recently seen a couple of dark brown, really small, circular, slightly raised bumps on the bottom of my scrotum. I am worried about what this is. I have seen pictures of HPV and Herpes and they dont compare. I don't know if this is an STD or maybe just a skin infection, or hopefully just nothing. There is no pain, no itching, no symptoms what so ever. No pus, nothing at all just the bumps. I would compare them to maybe razor burns but they are dark brown. I do shave in the area.
