Diarrhea&Herpes

*Is it a time where first symptoms of herpes may include diarrhea?

Also, if first signs and symptoms include itching or burning of the buttocks, how will you know that its just not the diarrhea causing the burning and itching? Is there a rash that should develope around the anus?

Lastly, is it herpes or irritation from diarrhea that would cause the "butt hole" to be raw where it looks like white meat?

no, diarrhea is not a sign of herpes.  diarrhea will irritate the anal area.
