Did I just give myself genital HSV-1?

I have seen two questions similar to this but because of small differences I have to ask this question. So just today I was sitting at my computer and because of how I was sitting I ended up with my mouth (I have cold sore btw) somewhat close to my penis but despite me knowing I am not nearly flexible enough to preform fellatio on my self much less place my mouth on my genitals period I have to ask if I could have spread it to myself this way. I know HSV does not pass through clothing but the thing is I was wearing pretty thin pyjama pants and not only that the seam over my crouch area (does not have a fly) seemed (ba dum tss) to have started ripping.... okay it was ripping a bit but for the most part on the area between my legs but it still very much could have torn on the area my genitals are at AND the pair of boxers I was wearing are years old and too small for me (kinda) and there is a chance the folds for peeing (dont wanna call them a fly because they dont truly close) on them could have been open instead of closed I am not 100% sure if they were or not. AND after a bit of trying to convince myself that it could not have touched it I got up and walked downstairs to eat, came back to my PC and then took a shower and washed my penis twice but the walking caused a fair amount of friction between my boxers legs and penis. And I know autoinocculation is extremely rare but I read that stress weakens the immune system and I have been stressed over the possibility of me having genital HPV (which I would ask on this site but quite literally no one answers any questions on the HPV threads. So could any of this spread my oral HSV to my genitals? full answers please

Your question has been answered fully by your member and this is a highly unlikely scenario.  We suggest you speak to your doctor about your anxiety.  We wish you the best of health and are closing this thread.

You are not going to spread your oral hsv1 to your genitals. You can live ten thousand lifetimes in that same position wearing the same clothes and WILL NEVER pass hsv to your genitals. Hsv isn't a super contagious virus.
If that isn't enough your body has antibodies to keep the virus in check. So even if for some bizarre reason enough viral load from your cold sore did make it to your genitals it's still a million to one shot it would spread. You need to stop worrying about this. You can ask me about hpv if you want

Hope you don't mind me asking two questions at once. first half is the hpv second is the same question as up top.

Basically on January 26th I had my only sexual encounter, my girlfriend preformed oral sex on me. Thing is shes got this white bumpish/s/spotish things on her lower lip that I think may or may not be oral hpv. a few weeks ago some small slightly raised that are paleish on my foreskin (what is left of it I am cut) area (basically the stretchy wrinkly area below the glans) that were identified as glans or something along those lines. I did get them checked out by a doctor who brought a second doctor in and they both agreed they didn't look like genital warts and were "200% sure". What has gotten me stressed is that I am not sure if I explained my symptoms correctly and that that lead to a false diagnosis. I did say that I occasionally feels like my clothes are rubbing against it and sometimes pins and needles like feelings but I don't think she heard that one but she did say to ignore it for a few weeks and the feelings will go away because she is sure that it is paranoia but the stress I am feeling from symptoms is because she said "your symptoms don't seem like genital warts". The symptoms I have been feeling since the appointment are itching (the only one I can say for sure and not entirely limited to the bumps i think?), the frictiony clothes feeling, sometimes very small and breif pins and needles (although not limited to the bumps), and recently a warm feeling/maybe throbbing (not sure if those last two have been happening they just popped into my head and I think I felt them but not sure).

Now regarding my question of HSV-1 what if my immune system was weakened by the stress or something? And I have read that self transmitting is certainly possible just rare, is it really that unlikely? and could the virus go through the small tear in the clothes and the possibly open flaps and reinfect me? and would my clothes and legs be enough friction to massage the virus in to infect me?
Doesn't sound like hpv at all. Hpv is not as common in the mouth and I highly doubt hpv from your single exposure of oral sex. Highly unlikely.

As far as the hsv is concerned. I think you need to research how the virus works. It absolutely can't work as you describe. You can come up with a billion scenarios and it's not going to happen. If it was that contagious (it isnt) everyone would get it all over there bodies. From door handles, sinks, toilet seats....etc
My point is you are way over thinking this and giving the virus credit for powers it flat out doesn't have. Auto inoculation can happen. When it happens it's usually before the body has made antibodies. In other words after a month or so you are basically immune from spreading it. That also means other people's hsv1 infections aren't going to spread to your genitals either from oral sex.
No stress can not compromise your immune system like that. Diseases that can effect or compromise you immune system like you describe are AIDS. Not stress. Relax your fine and will continue to be so.
Oh and one more thing. Stop stressing over hpv. Every sexually active person will get at least one strain in their lifetime. It's not just common. It's an almost certainty.
Thank you, you have been a big help. I have been panicking over both of those. But there is one problem, I just did the research and from what I have read is that becuase of it being direct skin to skin (meh in my case) it should be a guarantee that I have been/ autofellatio people would be infected is that true? But maybe thats just from how I searched it, I thought because of the similarities that I would search under autofellatio, is the likely hood shared between the two? okay these are my final questions.

can you give me a precentage of how unlikely it is that I gave myself genital HSV-1 this way?

If not would you say it is more likely that I would win the lottery than infect myself this way?

Say if I did infect myself how long would it take to appear, a few days? weeks?

and finally just to suit my paranoia on whether my lips even touched my pants, how flexible would I have to be to even do that? thank you again
