Did I just give myself herpes?

This just happened and it's really been bugging me, I was outside my house working on something when I really had to use the restroom, I saw a water bottle that was in the garage that I know for a fact was put there is morning (we recycle) and I grabbed it opened it up and peed in it, my penis head touched the rim of the bottle. This struck me right after I peed in it and I ran to the bathroom and washed my penis with warm-hot water with soap like 30 seconds after it touched it.

I don't know who used the bottle it was either my mom dad or sister or possibly me and I know we all get cold soars in the mouth every once in awhile, I'm almost 100% sure though that the bottle was put there this morning and this happened about 20 minutes ago. Could the virus still been present on the bottle rim after sitting there the whole day, or even since yesterday?  Could I have infected myself? Please help, I'm really worried! Thank you!

Well one of the benefits of a guy is that its easy for us to use a bottle and pee while standing up.  lol.  Anyway yes use a actual bathroom.  Have a good one :-)

Chances are its not alive on the virus.  HSV is only transmitted by direct skin contact.  Its why you won't get it from a toliet seat.  Nothing to worry about.  If you have HSV-1 Oral (Coldsores) you have a high immune response to new infections.
