Difference in hsv igg tsting

What's the difference between the herpeselect and Captia hsv 1 and 2 igg? I took a Captia test at 10.5 weeks but read after that you should wait 4 months for an accurate result?

Hey Grace,

So I took another blood test at 16 weeks with the Herpeselect and it came back negative .39 for hsv2.  I've had HSV 1 in my lips before. How reliable is the herpeselect at 16 weeks? I'm still experiencing the tingling in my legs and pubic area. I went to a clinic 13 weeks past the handjob incident. The lady said that it didn't sound like herpes. She also said my groin nodes felt hard. If not herpes what could be causing this? Should I take another test at 6 month mark to be completely sure?
