Do I have HSV-1?

Hello, so I am concerned I could have hsv-1...
I have had some encounters with escorts in the past, and some of the activities included kissing and I gave oral to a couple different women to their vagina...i know, foolish of me, and I will never again.

This is my concern...
I seem to have 3 chronic pimples/marks above my upper lip. 2 of them on the lip line and 1 of them maybe a half inch above...they kinda form a triangle if you connect the dots. One is on the left side of the upper lip line,  one in the middle of my lip line and nose(half inch above lip), and the other on the right side of my upper lip line. The left side one and right side one are seperated by about an inch.

I'm not sure if its herpes though, because they don't seem to fit the cold sore description. Theyre more like small pimples or just red marks. They are painless unless i squeez them, but seem to take a while to go away when they appear.

It really concerns me, because these 3 pimples show up in the same spot every time they appear and they seem to show up every 2-3 months or so. I think the first time i noticed was around new years eve.

Recently for example, it started with just the right side one appearing...then a few days later the one in the middle popped up. And as the right side oje started fading, the left side one is now popped up again.

Also, just a little more detail, the middle one usually ends up being poppable and gets a white head that pimples usually get...but the left side one and right side onenon the lip line seem like they can't be popped. Just small red bumps that look like pimples.

Surely doesn't sound like hsv lesions. You can have them looked at by your dr. You can also get an igg blood test.

Do you think it possibly could be? Does herpes have to be blisters clustered? Or can they look like pimples some cases?

Is it possible? Yes. Lesions can present i a few ways. They can be single or in clusters. Best bet is to have them looked at.

Here are 2 pics of my right side, before the left side one emerged.

And here is the left side when the right side and middle started to fade a bit, but there are still faded marks there.

Not the best quality pics, but a gives a good idea. I get pimples/red marks in those exact spots. Usually painless. Could it be hsv1
