Do I have Herpes, please comment

I was a virgin until a week ago. I slept with a girl, no protection cause i was drunk and not expecting it (yes im an idiot). 6 days have passes and now i see a cluster of very very small, reddish bumps on my head, nothing any where else...and the reddish dots dont hurt at all. Also, all the annoying itchiness is in the tip of the foreskin and not actually on the penis. Can someone help me figure out if I have herpes or whatever else...thank you cause this is killing me.

please see a doctor,  its nothing until it gets diagnosed.  it could be just a rash.  go to a clinic its the best thing to do, good luck...
