Do I have herpes? Other STD?

Hello I am in need of some help, I am wondering if it is possible that I have herpes or some other type of STD.  I have several small bumps on my scrotum going up to my penis and up the sides of my penis.  They do not itch and appear to be either flesh colored or slightly filled with pus, the bumps on my scrotum are the ones that appear to have pus in them, I'm not certain because i have not tried to pop any or anything like that.  Also the pubic hair on my scrotum appears to have some kind of layer over it or entirely changed to a white or yellowish color and are easily plucked out.
Is it possible that I have herpes or some kind of other std?

Sounds more like pubic lice or crabs, if anything at all.  Herpes is generally localized and painful if there are symptoms.  Ask yourself a question though, have you ever tried to pull your pubic hair out before?  If not, then how do you know it is coming out easily by comparison?  Sounds like you are tripping out, but you should go get checked out anyway.  Get tested for herpes and hiv while you are at it, just to be responsible, though the symptoms you are talking about are not sounding like either.
