Do I have herpes 1?

Im 15, not sexually active, (including oral), but i have done other things. A couple of days ago i was trying to go to bed when i broke out in this extremly itchy, red, bumpy rash all over my body. the next day i woke up with a 104 temperature. some other symptoms were: headache, extremlyyy tired (i didnt get out of bed for almost 3 days). i didnt eat anything for 2 days, but on the third day i got my appetite back. the rash lasted for all those days, and i still have it but its getting better and less itchy. (im still sick). i was bloated and my eyes were puffy. i had a high fever through all of it. (im at 100 now) yes i went to the doctor and for some reason they wanted to test me for a bad case of strep, but it came back negative. anywayssss, i heard that if you have herpes then sometimes it doesnt show symptoms for years until something trigger it. Like a high fever and menstration. i got my period the day after my mouth started to hurt. The next day, i realized my mouth was hurting more, i thought i just had a couple canker sores. As i went to look at it, on my gums in front of my teeth and between my bottom lip there were a tonn of little white greyish spots on a very irrited and red piece of my gums. they wernt popping out of my gums and i cant really feel them with my tougue, but they hurt like hell!!! i told my mom and she just said tht it was my rash tht spread to my mouth, but i dont think it is. Could i have triggered my herpes with my high fever or my period? is this even herpes 1 or is it just a cluster of canker sores? ive had canker sores before, but never more than one at a time. what should i do if they dont go away, or if they get worse? helppppp pleaseee its really grossing me out and i cant stand the pain in my mouth :(

if you weren't having sex or receiving oral sex, it's not likely genital herpes is an issue for you.

could this be oral herpes? it could be but also many other viruses cause mouth sores too.
