Do I have herpes or severe razor burn infection?

On tuesday my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex (rough without lube). I was sore afterward. The next day I shaved my vagina with an old razor and old shaving cream and i didnt use alcohol afterward. The next day I noticed bumps and open sores around and on my vagina, on my clit, and my rectum area. And I noticed a cloudish white discharge. no odor. Then when i pissed it burned like hell. So I went to the emergency room and they told me I have herpes. Now i've been with my boyfriend for close to a year and I never experienced this before. Nor have I ever saw bumps or sores around his penis. So I confronted my boyfriend and he and I went to the emergency room. The doctors seemed annoyed by our precense and didnt help. They said he didnt have any symptoms and dint run any tests. They didnt run any tests on me either. So now im confused. Im taking meds now for herpes. But things just dont add up. I read that the herpes symtoms (symptoms) dont go away until after about a month. But my condition is clearing up already in less then a week. My boyfriend and I are going to an STD clinic tommorrow to get some bloodwork done. Can someone help me please.
