Do I have herpes?

I've been dry humping with this boy lately like underwear to underwear because I heard this girl he had sex with had herpes and he doesn't know. Then it got really intense today, he had his penis out but I still had my underwear on and we were humping. I was touching his penis and his penis was going everywhere when we were doing what we were doing. His penis touched my thigh and I think my vagina lip? I told him the reason why I would never have sex with him is because I don't know what he could be carrying. He says he never seen a bump on his penis or burn when he pees. I know herpes can spread from skin to skin contact and his penis touched my thigh and my hand after we were finished I washed my hands and rinsed my vagina off with my hands. Did I catch it?

have you been at risk for herpes if he has it? no, not if just dry humping with underwear on is all you've been engaging in.

I totally 2nd shipwrecked - you both should be being sexually responsible and testing properly for std's at the proper times.  also discuss condom use, birth control and gardasil shot testing too!!

Why don't you both get tested so you can know what your status is, rather than speculating?
