Hey man did u see it for 1st time like it lks in pic or notice it b4 that? Did it hap overnight??
Visual diagnoses are not altogether accurate, even when given by a professional in herpes.
Are you saying you went from having nothing untoward on your penis to what is in the picture in say 24 hours? If so that does seem a very quick progression for herpes.
Overall, I would be thinking you need to consider herpes a possibility. You could present immediately for a swab. A blood test would give you a baseline herpes status and the any new infection would result in a positive by 12 or so weeks.
