Do I have oral or genital herpes.. or am I just imaging this in my mind?

Deeply concerned.. I was with this girl on Sunday 1. she gave me oral. On Tuesday she txt me and told me she had a blister on her lip (I was ignorant to the fact that cold sores/blisters mean herpes).. Friday she said it was gone.. That Sunday we fooled around/oral/she kissed me all over.. I turned on the light and noticed a small tiny little dot on her lip and freaked when she explained that it was herpes but a scab and not contagious anymore (I promise/I know what I am talking about/etc). I had a heart attack. She said it was HSV 1 from when she was little..the blister went away Friday.. it was a scab.. n she puts medication on it..She said scab but it looked like a little red dot to me.. Its now been two weeks.. I have went to the doctors about 5 times (they think I am crazy).. I have no real serious visible indication that I have anything.. however. I believe I see little tiny bumps forming (very small and have to look under a light) around my mouth and what I believe to be redness but I have had it for a few days now and it has not turned into major blisters.. It very well could be just my pores (I don’t know anymore). also i think here and there I feel a tingle/itch but the Doctor said it is possible I am imagining this stuff b.c I am so worried about it.. What are the chances at the state her mouth was in that I contracted HSV 1 orally and genitally... B.c the doctor said also that lack of symptoms doesnt mean I am in the clear either.. Also... slight other possible symptoms.. 5 days ago.. for about a day or so my mouth was a little sore.. the sides of my inner mouth felt sensitive as if there were cuts in my mouth.. slight crotch itch occasionally and weird feeling sporadically in my groin area (cant’ really pinpoint where and it could be in my head as I have had this before in fear of possible std's that previously came up negative).Also have a blister like bubble at the end of my tail bone but my Doctor said that unless I was fooling around there (which I wasn't), then that it has nothing to do with herpes at all..also no fever or headaches or other symptoms I have read about.. and the doctor looked at my face/mouth and said that absolutely nothing there indicated contraction.
Please give advice/help as I am stressing over this very very badly. Does it sound like I have it? Please Terry.. help.

Actually.. I do need to add a few more details as I am sort of in denial about this all as its been really stressful and a nightmare to me. I noticed small little bumps on my penis.. flesh colored and not really raised much. my primary said it might be molloscum, I have had that before.. but I saw a dermatologist who barely was able to see it and said that it was just my skin and possibly slight irritation. she also looked at my outside of my mouth and corroborated that there was no sign of herpes.. also too... I mentioned the redness inside of my mouth for a day ..but that went away.. however I have felt like my throat has been a little swollen/hard to swallow.. and I feel under the weather.. but I also felt under the weather when I saw the doctor last Wed. and he checked- No Fever. Added details I left out before... The first encounters were April 24/25.. then the blister came that week, and the final episode was May the 2nd. On the 24th.. she said she had non contagious upper respiratory infection and bronchitis... Dont ask me why I kissed/fooled around having this knowledge.. Im truly sick over this.. Please Grace read this and advise me.
