Do i have genital herpies(herpes) or maybe Trich? High PH level

I have been with my current boyfriend of over 4 years now and recently found out he cheated on me a few times..being heart broken aside i've recently noticed the below symptoms

-a super super super bad sore throat and headache and feeling really run down (i thought this was just from the news i had got)
- had one single flat white blister directly next to my vaginal opening
-urinating does not hurt, it only hurt when it hit that sore
-few days went by and i started to itch so i shaved 100% thinking this would help, i then noticed 4 more red bumps on my vaginal lips, they do not look like blisters but red, itchy bumps that have a pin size hole (dot) in the middle
-a day after that I had the same red sores around my anus (i have never had anal sex)
-a weird (not foul) vaginal smell, no unusual discharge
-the pain is almost unbearable at times

This is all going on a full week and my sore throat just came back today. I have an appointment to see my doctor but i can't seem to stop worrying. I took one of those Vagisil take home test and my PH level is over 6.5.

At this point you need to be seen.  Sooner rather than later.  You can be tested to find out your own HSV status however, your last sexual encounter will need to be 12 weeks out for an accurate response.  Have your provider check you for yeast and bacterial infections as well as they can cause some of the same symptoms.  

High PH levels can be caused by different things and all should be checked by your doctor.
