Do my symptoms resemble herpes?

A few months ago I received unprotected oral sex by someone I barely knew. I knew I messed up because I'm not sure if the person was clean. it's been exactly three months since then. around 2 weeks after my exposure I contracted A cold that left me with laryngitis a few days after that my eyes started to act funny I was getting red eyes and tearing of the eye and sometimes green sticky discharge when I wake up my eyes are back to normal but for some slightly puffy eyelids and I'm not sure if my vision is changing... after that few weeks later I've gotten shingles on my stomach next to my belly button on the right side. the shingles itself went away after about two and a half weeks it wasn't that bad just itchy not that much discharge and soon after they scabbed up after that they completely healed but have scars that might last a while
a few weeks after that I noticed my upper lip started feeling strange like a heating sensation after the sensation went away I noticed small little tiny bumps on a lip line above my upper lip there's no pus or discharge but they're there. I've gotten tested multiple times and they came back negative even went to the eye doctor and said there wasn't no herpes in the eyes but he did say I had small little bumps on the eyelids... I haven't really gotten any other system since then but once in awhile I'll have a ingrown hair with some puss but I always had that since I was little and I noticed recently that both my pointer fingers and thumbs are slightly numb I'm also a pre-diabetic. My question to you is do my symptoms resemble herpes? I'm really stressed out over this and I'm worried I would just like to know so I can make the proper changes in my life.
