Does a herpes outbreak come in numbers?

Hi, a few days ago i noticed a small flesh-colored pimple like bump on the head of my penis. Knowing that the spot I noticed it was irrelevant to the pimples ive had before due to shaving of my pubic area I was quickly concerned. I have had unprotected sex/ oral sex before although i never showed any symptoms of  herpes. I immediately freaked out and popped it to see if anything weird came out but what came out was barely any clear fluid I mean not a lot at all maybe it was because the bump was not even a cm. I do have flu like symptoms and did have a headache not necessarily a fever, the bump scabbed over kinda like a musquito bite would if u scratched it hard enough the bump was still some-what irritating maybe it was because i peeled the scab out of curiosity. I went to a Family planning and had a specialist look at my "bump" or what was left over of it and she didnt think it was. I'm just freaking out because I read about symptoms and you can make a strong argument that I could indeed have genital herpes. Please fill me in on your thoughts thank you.

you already popped it so too late for any testing on the lesion.

at this point the best you can do is get a type specific herpes igg blood test done 3 or  4 months after the last time you had sex. if you have a regular partner, both of you can go to get type specific herpes igg blood tests done to see who has what now to know if herpes is even a possibility.
