Does anyone else have this issue with Herpes? Does it sound like Herpes?

I have Oral Herpes, not Genital to date, as far as I know.  I am worried I spread it to myself, or the virus migrated down there on its own.  I had a pimple on genitals, can be seen here:   https://honeycomb.click/uploads/monthly_2017_01/588d62ff8e914_pic2(Large).thumb.jpg.2072800415c7bf7c761fba3a15a46f15.jpg

I took Valycor as a precaution and it mostly went away, like 95%? Not sure if coincidence and went away on its own.  It still seems to be there just a tiny bit, and it seems that friction flares it a little bit, like it flared twice in the last 2 weeks. Does this sound like something that can happen with a H sore?   Thanks

Thank you again well that is very relieving if always the case!

One more question hopefully on this specific issue.  I was just playing with the little pimple on foreskin there, and I noticed maybe a pin-sized little hard bump under red spot. (of course the pimple is a little bigger now that I aggravated it again)

Combined with info above does this help in figuring out what this is?

HI, no the virus is place specific and doesnot migrate. When its oral its in the oral nerve system (ganglion) and when its genital its in the genial ganglion. When a person does have it in both oral and genital they got it at the same time. When you have it in one area (ganglion) your basicly immune to getting it in another.

Thanks Dave that eases my mind some. It does seem I could spread it myself though right?  Like if I popped what I thought was a pimple under my lip on my face (this happened), and then touched my genitals later without washing my hands?

In addition, for argument sake, let's say I have Genital HSV and have just not had a BO before, or one I noticed  (My ex-wife did get Genital from me, probably HSV1 but not sure, only one BO in 5 years so seems likely).

Would a H lesion like this pimple looking thing on d*ck, still hang around 2 weeks later, and flare a little only with friction?  It was just barely there right now and I irritated it just a little to see, and yeah it got a little bigger but that is all that happens, so this is 3rd sort of flare of it in last 2 weeks?
One thing I might add, the "pimple looking" thing that was under my lip, started around Dec 10. I took Valcylor at this time, and the "area" kind of crusted over, and IIRC I think it might have been a little grayish before that, can't remember what colour fluid was that came out.  Anyway, it too, is still ~ 5% there, 95% gone, there are times it looks 100% gone, and times it seems to be 10% there.

I am not totally sure this is a H lesion, but the behaviour of it concerns me, since pimples almost always go away completely after being popped. This is also another reason for my concern of the 'pimple' that is still 5% there on foreskin

One more question on this please.  If my current girlfriend has HSV1 orally, can I GIVE HER HSV1 on her genitals from my oral infection?

Note I did not give her the HSV1, so maybe it is different strain?

I said you cant spread it to your self so why do you say it seems you can? Please re read what i wrote

Ok I missed the last part, fully immune to getting in another, really?  I don't think I read that before.  Even touching an open lesion by lip, and then groin, it would not spread?

Does that also mean I am immune from getting Genital HSV1 from someone else?

This also means if I give my ex-wife Genital HSV1, that she could NOT give it back to me, to my Genitals?

Thank you very much for the replies
