Does therapeutic vaccine prevent transmission?

Someone who received a therapeutic vaccine for herpes, can they still infect others without knowing?

No. The gen-003 vaccine has show to cut down outbreaks 43-69% as well as cutting down on shedding. That is a very good thing but the infection is not cured and outbreaks and shedding are still going to happen.
