Does this sound like Herpes

I recently noticed a split on the side of my mouth. I was at a stripper party about 2 weeks ago. My face brushed against her breast, and it may have brushed on her pelvic region, but there were no sores or lesions.  Please me know what you think.

You can't get herpes from this sort of contact, and sores at the corner of the mouth rarely are herpes.
