I am a fit and healthy 23 year old who competes in Kickboxing, I am finding that I am experiencing pain when i try throw kicks with my left leg. It feels like a the lymph node
is getting caught between the "crease" in my groin.
The prevalence of the pain seems to be variable, I am not sure whether this is due to stretching - which may alleviate the pain; or whether this is of a placebo effect?
Either way, I was wondering whether there is any way of reducing the tension I feel when training. I am aware that the enlargement is due to drainage, Is there any think I am able to do to "flush" the drainage out of my node? How does this work? Is it permanent? Is it a wait and hope scenario?
