Erotic Massage Parlor STD scare

So as of yesterday I went to an erotic massage parlor and after my normal massage she asked if I wanted more, I accepted and she gave me a blowjob with no protection for about 3mins and then stopped and gave me a hand job till I ejaculated. I am freaking out cause obviously I had unprotected oral sex even if for only 3 min. I am scared of any sort of STD contraction but fear herpes the most. I think I have worked myself into such a fear that I am thinking I will have symptoms when realistically it has only been a day. I have yet to experience any symptoms, but I don't know when I would expect them? When could I start seeing symptoms of herpes? Also I did see her face, but there were no signs of any sort of oral herpes on the outside, but granted I could not see within in her mouth so that means nothing.

So I guess my questions are, what are my chances (percent) of getting genital herpes? (what are the usual percentages? I read somewhere 75 percent from an infected person) and when would I start seeing symptoms? I know this was wrong and incredibly stupid of me to do and I feel horrible already. I'm just seeking SOME kind of answer cause other forums have given me so many different ones =[
