False Positive Possibilities

I went to get my annual pap smear and blood testing on Feb. 25th. On Mar. 2 I receive a call from my doctor stating that all of my blood work was negative except for my herpes test, which showed positive. I'm worried that that test maybe false positive because I've never had a breakout nor any other symptoms ever. I've been with my fiancé' for five years and he's never had any signs ever. We are waiting for his test results now. Could it be possible that my test is false positive? At 27, wouldn't I have had a outbreak or some symptoms by now?

I can best help you if you call and ask for your exact herpes igg blood test results to post here. All I need posted are the numeric results - ie hsv1 igg 4.4 and hsv2 igg 3.4 or whatever they are. Once I see those results, I can better help you with all of this :)
