False positive? Confuse Herpes Result and Type of Herpes

Photo attached: http://s3.amazonaws.com/medhelp_images/posts/10009863_fs?1393402946

I was exposed to unprotected oral sex with csw on 26 June 2013 and last 2 results were:

16/12/13
Herpes Simplex Type I IgG 0.26
(Negative = 1.00)
Herpes Simplex Type II IgG 0.37
(Negative = 1.00)

24/02/14
Herpes Simplex Type I IgG 1.08
(Negative = 1.00)
Herpes Simplex Type II IgG 0.14
(Negative = 1.00)

As you can see its been about 6 months for the result to become positive which is contrary with normal window period of 3 month. Does this show any false positive by any chance? Currently Im having quite severe ache all over my body and my nerve especially on private part (no blisters only papercut shape) which doesnt relate with my only exposure (handjob and oral) and negative hsv2 result. And my condition is quite severe as I know hsv1 wont be such bad.  Im really confuse right now. Please help me, thank you.

yup, some of the doctors I went to said that the bubles could be follucilitis but Im not sure whether folliculitis kan break and become watery. They never offer any swab test even though I asked for it few times. Guess they prefer Igg method over swab tests for diagnose.

Btw is it ok if I say that the result was false positive since the reading was too low or can I expect it to increase over time? And does shooting pain under soles not related with herpes at all?

That looks a little more like something to be concerned about regarding herpes, but they're not classic. Each one is a unique potentially pus filled duct.

Only swabbing can provide you with some certainty that you have a genital HSV1. Its hard to believe this wouldn't be available as its a standard medical tool for any number of infections.

By any chance this is not herpes but fungal or any other STD issues?

Thanks for ur fast responce fleetwood20,

My worries is not the fordyce spots but the papercut shape on the shaft (between the head and base of the penis) Its burning and painful almost all time (1-2 month already to be exact), plus inside the uretha also painful everytime I passed my urine. Is it possible because it is hsv1 the shape is not in blisters form?

And as for hsv1 my upper lips basically looks like this:

I dont have any obvious cold sores, its like in the photo all the time. In my country there is no swab, only igg. And from my 1st question I would like to know any reason for my result came positive after 6 months not 3 months. Im thalasemic btw but not sure if it have any significance impact on the result.

HSV1 testing can be hit and miss for some people. As such you may be having a false positive or even have an oral infection from your youth.

Your photo if you a referring to under the rim so to speak; they are fordyce spots that become more pronounced with age and at particular times. Do you masturbate vigorously or does a partner use their hands a bit to push the penile skin up and down. This again causes slits that heal within a day or so.

Your best bet is to ask for a swab of any suspicious cuts when they appear.

Do you get oral cold sores?

There is no particular reason to suspect HSV is causing these symptoms just yet.
