Fear of Herpes

Hi All,

Im 26 staying in Minneapolis. 4 weeks ago I had visited a strip club here (a thing which I will regret for the rest of my life). I had a private dance and she was grinding on me with her panties on, but it was very hard. She kissed on my neck, I too on her where there was no bruises. Also I put my lips (not sucked) on her nipples. Her hair went inside my mouth for a brief second. The thing Im worried that after the grinding I ejaculated in my pants. I had my underwear on. Also I kept my water bottle unattended and drank from it.
After that I had 4 days of intense tension and fear and had sleepless nights. I started researching about STDs and was suffering from depression. On 5th day, I was having frequent urination and a little burning sensation while urnating. After 10 days, I got tested for gonnorhea/chlamydia which came out negative. The mild pain on the tip of my penis continued for 3 more weeks and I was getting more tensed. I have no lesion on my penis or on mouth. On the 4th week I got tested for HIV/Herpes blood test/Hepatitis - all came out negative.. Im in my 5th week, now the pain on tip of my penis is gone but I could feel something in my neck but there is no swelling (started getting after I was researching about swollen lymph nodes).

Can you please help me. Whether I got herpes or any other STDs.

Thanks for your reply. Its been 7 weeks now, and I have no earlier discomforts. But Im having some tingling sensation in my skin and its happening all over the body , sometimes in hand sometimes back , legs or stomach. Are these symptoms of HIV/Herpes?Also I had a history of bed bug bites about 1 month ago but now Im rid of it. Please help.

this was not a risk for a std for you. you both had underwear on. ejaculating in your underwear is not an issue.

odds are this is anxiety more than anything. there was never any reason for any std testing.
