Feels like herpes but clinicians aren't sure it is

Need some advice on what I could have. Been really stressed out for the last couple weeks looking and searching a lot on herpes.

I had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with a unknown female from a bar. About a week later i felt a bump near my anus that itched. A few days later there was a stinging pain on my scrotum, checked it out and there was 4 red bumps with a black/dark brown dot center. It was in a linear formation with about an half an inch inbetween each of them. The pain on the bump farthest from my penis, bottom of scrotum, hurt the most. It was really painful. There isn't hair near the area the bumps are at.

I went to planned parenthood and saw the clinician that said it might be scabies and it didn't look like herpes, warts or any other std. Prescribed lotion for scabies and I followed the directions. When I applied the lotion, there was a little burning sensation on the bumps for few minutes. Washed off after about 12 hours. The next day the black dots are now scabs, then later that night the scabs fell off and the bumps are now open sores with raw skin exposed. The ones near my anus hurt when I sit, feels like it might of blistered. The only painful one on my scrotum is the farthest bump and it really hurts and burn.

I then go to another std clinic and that clinician says it doesn't look like herpes though the one near my anus might because the sores are closer together but it looks like the ones on my scrotum. He said it might be Folliculitis but there isn't hair there. He couldn't swab it because there wasn't any fluid and I should take a blood test. I read that blood test are not accurate until 3-4 months.

Could it be herpes if there was no blister stage? 3 of them looked like they healed a little with new skin but the farthest one still an open sore and burns a little. the sores are little like 1mm. The sores near my anus itch but i think are healing.

Not a symptom. 8 weeks is a good indicator

Thanks for your help. I will do blood test again at 8 weeks. How accurate will it be at 8 weeks?
Also I had needle like pokes from my head to my legs yesterday. It wasn't constant, just every now and then. Is that a symptom?

Is it normal for a herpes scar to be inflamed from eating foods I'm allergic to?
I'm allergic to nightshade. Anytime I eat something I'm not suppse to, the scar gets a little red and irritated.
It's been over 3 weeks since it healed.

It would be an unusual place to contract hsv as the scrotum is rarely infected due to the very thick skin of the scrotum. The good news is you saw people that work in std clinics and they all said this is most likely not hsv. I would seem to me that if one of the sores was open then swabbing that sore wwould've been a good idea.
At this point take a blood test now so you have a base line and anothrr in twelve weeks post exposure.

Took a blood test at urgent care yesterday, 4 weeks after exposure. Doctor examined and said it didn't look like herpes.
Sores/ulcer did not scab, just scared over but the most painful one(bottom sore) still hurts/burns sometimes, mostly at night when sleeping.
Is it normal for herpes to hurt after skin is healed over? They scarred over on Monday.
