Freaking Out! Help! Herpes?

About 4 days ago I had unprotected oral sex from a stripper. She said she didn't have any stds (if I take her at her word). So far no redness or lesions or burning while I urinate, but my penis is very sensitive and tender with a dull pain. I also have a sore throat. I'm scheduled to have blood work done in a couple more weeks when the tests would show antibodies, but until then I'm freaking out. Are these the symptoms of a herpes outbreak? The feeling in my penis is very real, but I wonder if it is at least heigtened by anxiety since it seems worse or at least I notice it more when I get really worried about contracting the virus. I know the posts on here say oral sex is low risk, but I'm just not so sure. Anyone's thoughts?

Nothing you have said indicates herpes. Sensitivity is NOT a herpes symptoms and you were right when you said your anxiety is driving this. It may feel very real but the most powerful part of a human body is their brain and it can play tricks on you. You are focusing way too much on this and you need to let it go unless you get some real symtoms (symptoms) which I doubt you will get...
