Frustrating Symptoms NGU? Herpes?

Had unprotected sex with a permiscuous woman. 1 week later started feeling a burning sensation when I peed lasting about 2 minutes after urination. within a week it felt uncomfortable on and off all day so I went to an STI clinic. I took a urine test, which showed chlamydia. Took a zpack, still felt bad so took doxycline follow up. Moved to montreal, where I still feel occasional temporary light stinging/ itching after urination or ejaculation. Took another urine test, awaiting results, was prescribed suprax and oflaxicin (2 weeks for potential prostatis) Requested metrodinizadole to treat possible trich, and was denied. At this point I want to self treat but don't know how to get it.

Also, at the onset of my symtpoms, after some vigorous masturbation I had a very tiny red bump on the shaft of my penis that quickly receded and flaked off, the entirety of this bump lasted maybe 2 and half days.

Question 1.

What should I do about my NGU? what is going on here that I still feel slight lingering symptoms?

Question 2.

Is it possible that this tiny 2 day bump (painless, no fever, aches, a single bump) was a primary herpes outbreak? I tested negative 6 months before this.

No problem, but I posted a response and somehow it got lost.  Lets try this again

The NGU, if not responding to azithromycin or doxycycline, needs to be evaluated again.  There may be something else involved, like prostatitis.   A urologist would be an approrpriate person to see now.

I doubt that the symptoms you describe are herpes.

I know im not supposed to post again but left out a very relevant piece of information.

This started two months ago. I haven't had a recurrence of the bump but I have felt the NGU symptoms pretty much this whole time. My apologies if this is against forum rules but I figured it was important to include.
