Genital Herpes Help

by Pip48, Feb 23, 2009 01:46AM
I was told by my doctor that I had genital herpes.  No tests were carried out, he simply looked at a single blister outbreak and diagnosed it as herpes.  That was around two years ago.  Since then I have sufferd constant outbreaks, sometimes only a week apart, with anything from 3 to 15 blisters at a time.  I have tried changing my diet, I've tried herbal remedies, and just recently Dynamiclear, which have had no effect whatsoever!  I just don't know what to do anymore, and it's really taking a toll on my mental health as I think about it constantly.  Any help or advice you can give would be most appreciated.  I feel as though my life is over!  The blisters start fluid filled and then develop into soft, yellow, puss-like blisters, sore to the touch.  These can last from 7 - 10 days.  They never scab over as described by other sufferers.  The longest I have gone between outbreaks is 4 weeks!  Where can I go from here?
