Genital Herpes or Rash?

Genital Herpes or Rash?

i am 15 and have bumps on the bottom of my penis.. They are not that big and there is no REDNESS at all. Ive heard that this might be due to masterbation (masturbation) or possibly "rough" sex...
1. These bumps DONT go away.... so its not " flaring "
2. These bumps have been here for about a year
3. Ive never had vagina sex.. just oral and a handjob
what are my chances of these bumps being herpes?

From what I can tell those bumps are the normal ones most men get under the head of the penis. They are normal don't worry. I believe they help with sensitivity cause I have them too and my doc said most men will have them especially if you're uncircumsized. Relax though its not herpes. They're white correct?

They are like the color of my skin.. they arent like WHITE but like skin color. they are always there and never really flare so im thinking herpes HAVE to flare.. unless its genital warts but then again those go away too... i am circumsized they are just little bumps on the SKIN ...  nothing white.. so you think its normal? or at LEAST not herpes

many things that look abnormal, really aren't. Our genital skin is not perfectly smooth. There are hair follicles that can look pronounced, oil glands that can get clogged etc.

These don't sound at all like herpes going on. If you are concerned, see your doctor.

When you receive oral sex, it's always best to wear a condom.  For handjobs and masturbation, a good lube is always helpful to prevent irritation too.

anything that has been there for a year is almost certainly not herpes.  since you've only had oral sex and a handjob, they aren't likely to be anything at all to be concerned about.

follow up with your provider if you need more peace of mind about them.
