Genital herpes infection

Dear doctor, I is afraid of genital herpes infection to children aged 3 through daily life, apart from sex, I may have genital herpes infection for my child? Although, I know from a number of channels, genital herpes by goods not infectious, can only be spread through sexual contact, is this correct? I and the children life will pose a danger to children?

Even this would extremely unlikely to result in infection. I'm sure you will not be going out of your way to touch lesions then a child.

You really sure that genital herpes my contact with items, if in the short time and contact to the child, will not cause infection? This and my doctor somewhat different perspective, he believes that touched my genital herpes items can be indirect infection of children.

You cannot infect anyone who does not come into contact with your genital area. Wearing pants and not touching any active lesions will guarantee no transmission to anyone around you. You can kiss and cuddle no problems.
