Genital herpes type 1

Ok,my english might be little difficult to understand but bare with me:)
I was dignosed with genital herpes type1 3yrs ago, and I just had a first recurrent outbreak last month.
I went to the doctor and it was gone within a week. And about 10days ago my bf performed an oral sex on me,
and now he kind of has fluish symptoms. He doesnt have sore throught our sores on his mouth, but he has chills,
and mild fever. I didnt have any open sores when we had oral sex, but is there possibility that he got hsv1 from me?
Do you think the symptoms he has are caused by herpes??Please help I am sooo worried about him.

Many, many things can cause the symptoms your bf has. Unless he gets obvious cold sores , no way to know if it's herpes related or not .

Was he ever tested to know his own herpes status?

and no, I dont think he has tested for herpes before.
I forgot to tell you this but my bf and I got a same symptoms like chills,low fever,
and mucle ache on the same day, which is this morning.
I hope its just that we caught a cold...but is there a chance that I could have passed
herpes to him?

you both getting sick on the same day  sounds like you are passing around some sort  of cold type infection.

It's really not all about herpes :)

His fever went up higher so he went to the doctor and foudn out its just a cold.
