partner about a month ago.
No signs or symptoms of anything til I had my first menstrual cycle after being sexually active with this person.
One day after menstrual cycle started, a had a tingling feeling in my vaginal
opening, about half an inch inside.
I've had this feeling before, normally I had a bladder infection or intercoarse relieved me of the feeling.
It has been 5 days now, the tingling feeling is gone but now I have a itching
isn't like a lighter burn, more of an "icy hot" burn.
I do not have any discharge during this, and my menstrual cycle is now over with. I do not have any bumps
outside my vagina and I cannot feel any on the inside. I have had sex again while this is going on, and
sex is somewhat painful and uncomfortable, burning the entire time, and being very sore afterwards.
I get a werid feeling in my vagina when I pee, but it does not burn or anything when I pee.
What could this be?? I do not see my doctor for a few days and im very scared..
it's better to be seen today or tomorrow for this than to wait.
did you and your partner discuss std's and testing?
herpes is not a part of routine std testing and odds are that neither of you have ever been tested for it. at this point you need seen and tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally for starters. if they see signs of herpes, they can do a culture. You can also seek out a type specific herpes igg blood test now and then follow up in 3 months. since it was unprotected sex, you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter, syphilis after 6 weeks, herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.
