The test you mentioned is based on HSV-2 IgG, ELISA.
Negative:<16 RU/ml
Borderline:16~<22RU/ml
Positive:≧22 RUml
The other scale you refer to is
Negative:<9 NTU
Borderline:9~11 NTU
Positive:>11 NTU
So if you have 13, in this scale, it will be less than 9.
this not a test that is widely used throughout the world so therefore I am uneducated about it's accuracy to help you with the results. You can try consulting someone in your area who is more educated on that particular test as well as it's false positive/false negative issues.

yes..it is outside usa...it is in dubai..
but the reference is (negative less than 16..borderline 16 to 22...positive more than 22)

i didn't test for hsv1 as i got befor cold sore manytimes in my life...i tested onle for hsv2
I tested IgG but the limits of the test is not like other tests on the forum

that mean i am negative but the other tests on the forum have a limit of 0.9 not that numbers....
is that mean i am Negative or should i test in another lab ???
It was protected sex and a one time encounter, which means a very slim chance for herpes transmission (assuming she even has herpes). But to give you peace of mind, it's been long enough since then to get a blood test. You'd want an "IgG type specific" blood test.
i forget to mention that the intercourse was protected vaginal and oral sex...
