Groin Pain

I haven't had sex since last summer... During that time i was helping my sister move a large and heavy table, i did this twice in the space of a couple weeks. The 1st time i picked up the table i felt lick if something popped in my groin, i didn't feel pain at the time, it was sort of like a numbing sensation, a few days later i had sex(ive always used condoms with any partner ive had in total with my girlfrind that makes 3) with my girlfriend, we got tested before (we had sex and she said she didnt have anything but a cold sore) at the time, we had sex and i inoticed i had this dull like pain, i figured i was from picking up the table. After sex with her we were playing around and that dull pain got stronger, so i put her down. A week later i was helping my sister with the table and that dull pain became flat out pain. I couldn't drop the table because it would have crushed me, i was there holding it up for like maybe a minute or two while my sister tried to help me with it, once the table was down and in position it felt like i just had a groin pull or something(ive never had that kind of injury before so i was just assumeing at the time) i iced it down for a couple days and the pain subsided. Later that week i have sex with my ex girlfriend and while she was rideing me i just felt this throbbing pain in my left groin. I told her to stop, so she did. From that point on my groin was hurting off an on for weeks. We soon broke up cause i thought she gave me herpes from giveing me head. The pain was gone for several months, then it started to snow one day and in order to stop from falling i quickily opend up my legs quickly so that i wont fall. The next day my left groin or testicle area was in excrutiating pain so much so that i think i was sort of sweating. It hurt like that for several days, of which time ive been iceing the hell out of it. Whenever i picked up something heavey all the pain would come rushing back. Since the table incident every time that i pick up something heavy my left testicle area would hurt like a son of a *****.

1)My question is, is there any std that would hurt my groin area whenever i pickup something heavy.  

2) Whats the dif between the blood and urine std tests. Dont they or can both of them test for the same thing. The reason why i took the urine test is that i hate needles and i tend to pass out and get all pale whenever a needle is in my arm or anywhere else in my body.

3) I havent seen the doctor at all since my ex girl and i got tested before we started to have sex. The main reason for this is that i dont have a job and im a college student without insurance. It cost me 90 dollars to get the full std urine workup for every known std that they had on that paper.

I know i have mild OCD cause ive been spaszz'n out about this whole ordeal.

Please i need help do i have genital herpes from my ex girlfriend giveing me head.

Everytime we kissed or everytime she gave me head she would check her lips inside and out before we did anything.

One time however we made out for a bit, then she started cooking some dinner which took like 20 minutes, while waiting i picked up a piece of fruit which wasnt washed and i bit into it, she told me to wash (while she ripped it out of my mouth which kind of irritated the left side of my top lip) it because of all tht pseticides, that was on the fruit.

20 to 30 minutes later after dinner we started to make out again and she proceeded to give me head just then the part of my lip that i bit into the piece of fruit started burning, and it started to swell up, i imediatly thought that she gave me a colde sore, so i grabbed some whitchhazel and douced the outside and the inside of my lips, i then did the same to my penis. I did this to my penis and my lips for several minutes. I then gave up and lied down feeling depressed cause i thought and still do think she gave me herpes on my lips then on my penis. Strange thing is that my top left side of my lip was swollen (like when i was stung by a bee when i was younger) for maybe and hour, then when i got up my lip was normal again no burning or anything, no bumps or anything it was perfectly normal.

P.S. When my ex girlfriend and i were at the planed parenthood, the doc diagnosed me with contact dermatitus, i noticed i had a problem because when i was trying on this new condom, the head of my penis looked like if i had a rash, and my left palm was burning, ( i was strokeing my penis with my left hand to make sure the condom would fit me when i was fully erect. I know that im allergic to latex and the condom that we were useing was magnum xl's). I noticed every time we had sex which ever hand touched the condom the most would burn/itch or irritate me, along with the reddish or rash like thing that was on the head of my penis-this would be there if i had the condom on for a long time. Since the last time we had sex ive only seen the contact d once, im not sure if its the sopa i was using or what. But aside from that, ive never had any type or herpes symptoms, ive checked them all on the net, the only thing i do have is the pain in the groin. please help

this sounds like a hernia. see your provider for proper examination.
