I had unprotected sex after a few drinks, my partner was so drunk she peed her pants at the club, anyways Its been 4 days since and I've had tingling genitals, itching genitals, itchiness all over body. I have extreme anxiety so I've been terrified not being able to function, still waiting on test results. Someone please help

I'm so sorry for your anxiety. It sucks. However, it would be wrong for anyone to tell you it either is or isn't an STD such as Herpes. It seems you got tested . . . for what?

If you get an outbreak anywhere on your lower lower regions / genitals and it blisters into an open sore, get to the doctor asap and have it swabbed and tested to see if it herpes. Your next step would be to wait two - three months and take what's called an IGG blood test. It's very accurate but you need to wait a few months because it tests the levels of anti-bodies in your body.

An initial herpes outbreak I heard would start with sores so the tingling is probably your anxiety from your exposure. Trust me the mind is a powerful thing. Testing within days will not tell you if you got an infection from the encounter you described. It is too soon. To know for sure you must test at least 12 weeks post encounter.
