HELP!!!!PLEASE!!!

I am 22 years old and have been in a relationship with a girl for the last 5 years. About 6 months ago we had broke up and I had sex with another partner who I dont know real well. I used a condom and we did it the one time and that was all. Now about 2 1/2 months later I noticed a bump on my penis shaft last week. At first I didnt think anything of it but then a couple other very small bumps apeared on my penis head. I went to the doctor and bloodwork done but the doctor said to her it looked like herpes. I havent got my results back yet but the wait is killing me. I just dont get it cause the bumps i havelook different then the cases I have seen on the internet. My bumps are hard and not filled with puss, they dont hurt, it does not hurt when i pee, also i never had a fever or felt sick at all. Tell the truth If i was blind or just never had noticed the bumps I would not even know. Please tell me what you think, if u can help by the description.

Bumps can be anything.  Most visual diagnosis is wrong 1/3 of the time.  Getting your lab results should be in within a week at the most.  You may want to call the Dr. office and see if they are in.  

Case on the internet are misleading as most times they are worst case.  The bloodwork though was done a little early.  We recommend people wait for 3 months.  Chances are this isn't herpes if it doesn't hurt or itch.  Even if you get a positive result it doesn't mean that this was herpes.  If you get a repeat of symptoms be seen within 24-48 hrs for a lesion culture.
