HELP!!!can I have herpes/std?

On july 25th, I had sex with a guy. The condom broke, unfortunately I noticed a few second after it broke, so he still penetrated me for a few seconds :/ after the fourth day after our enconunter I noticed an itch on my right labia minora. It stopped for a few days and it started again, but now on my left labia minora. The itch stoped but do feel like a slight tingle. Its now Aug. 29, can the itch be a herpes breakout? I have no other symptom. That was my first and only encounter with this guy, he didn't have any visible symptoms. What are the chance I have herpes or an std? After the itch, how soon will the sores or pimples appear? Does this even sound like herpes? Thank you so much :)

A general tingle is not a symptom of herpes. It is a poor choice of words for a hard to explain feeling at the specific site at which an outbreak occurs inside a day usually.

Hence if it tingles but no outbreak arises promptly, it's more likely something else.

This does not sound like herpes. It would be much more likely to have something more definite in terms of symptoms in the 2-10 days after infection and resolution within a few weeks.
