HERPES SYMPTOMS?

Hi, I have always had itchy skin on my legs where my legs meet my bum cheeks, the crack part and recently I have had a slight pain in my right testicle.

My girlfriend has not come on her period yet and has a small rash on the tops of her arms, and she felt tired for a few days and today woke up feeling slightly hot.

Could this be Herpes?

Please help as cant wait for results and really worried.
