HPV and HSV

I was recently diagnosed with HSV 1 and HSV2 (1.98 HSV1 and 3.56 HSV2). I have had zero symptoms. My partner has had HPV and recently had it show back up after 15 years of being gone. Could I have contracted the HSV from her HPV?

the two are different viruses. why did you get tested in the first place if you had no symptoms?

your hsv2 igg is a low positive and will need confirmed with additional testing. a herpes WB is the blood test recommended for this.

did your partner get herpes testing done?

hpv showing up 15 years later usually is a new hpv infection, not a reactivation of a prior infection.  Are these obvious genital warts showing up?
