HSV 1/11 testing index high

I got my Herpes Simplex Virus I/II, IgG test done and it shows:
Negative 1.0

but my score is 24.2 index.

i dont understand. why would it be so high? I can't find any information on here that explains WHY my index is so high.

this is the wrong testing. you need to seek out type specific herpes igg blood testing to get better answers.
