HSV 1 Genital transmission

I have been in a monogamous relationship with a girl for over a year. We have both gotten cold sores since before either of us ever had any kind of sexual activity. recently I had a cold sore and it was almost completely healed and i performed oral sex on her. I freaked out afterwards thinking i could give her genital herpes. is this possible or at all likely?
