HSV-1 Positive but HSV-2 Exposure

I would first like to say that this site is wonderful and I've really educated myself. Thank you all!

I have long term gf but three weeks ago I had an encounter with my massage therapist (HSV- 1 positive with no visible sores at time of encounter)

After recieveing brief oral 2 min I was layer down in my boxers and she prosceded to grind me while nude. My boxers were wet with her juices. We decided to go go to the bedroom and have sex. Used protection but the condom broke at the end (not exactly sure how long the exposure was). After sex I went into her bathroom and peed and used her shower to wash up.

As soon as I got home I took alcohol wipes and started cleaning my entire penis, shaft and scrotum.
That night, I noticed I had an abrasion for the grinding located between between my scrotum and thigh. I washed with anti bacterial soap. I continued using antibacterial soap for a week.

1.5 weeks after the exposure my meatus was inflamed, red and hurt when I peed. A few days later I developed an itchy rash on front of my scrotum. I developed painless tiny red pumps (1-2) at a time on the top of my penis that would pop up in different locations but completely disappeared. My scrotum Is no longer itchy but red and burning. My meatus is still inflamed with the occasional tingle. I check myself 4-5 times a day but have not seen any lesions.

I stopped having sex with my GF until i can figure all this help. It's extremely stressful.

My 2.5 weeks testing results are:
HSV - 1 IGG  >5.0
HSV - 2 IGG    0.48

My questions are:

- These symptoms typical for an HSV-2 infection?

-The fact that I have HSV-1 will that affect the way HSV-2 presents it's self? Are lesion still an indication or can I suspect something else.

- For a 2.5 week test does my HSV-2 IGG seem high?

I appreciate your input. Thank you all!

Your symptoms don't suggest hsv2. Your scrotum issue is nost likely from using alcohol wipes.  You should get tested for bacterial sti's.
The bumps that showed up cleared up to fast to be hsv lesions. Your exposure was low risk even with the condom breaking. Your chances of contracting hsv 2 from this if she did infact have hsv2 is roughly 1 in a 1000.
Her gringing on you while you were wearing boxers is zero risk.
All in all hsv2 is a long shot. My opinion is you aggravated the whole area from using alcohol. The genital skin is very sensitive and not used to harsh chemicals. Inspecting the area is know to cause irritation as well.
If it were me I would get a urine tedt for bacterial sti's and get an hsv2 test at 12 weeks just for peace of mind. Again hsv2 from this encounter is a very low risk
