HSV-1 Postitive - 7.5 - HSV-2 Negative - Help

Recently tested herp select test and ( Igg ) and it came as negative (0.22) for HSV-2.
But my HSV-1 hep select 1gG came as 7.03. I consulted with my primary physician and he said nothing to worry on this. This may be due to the core sore throat or its common. He also mentioned that its just that I might have exposed to the virus but my body started creating Anitibodies. Please help me by providing your thoughts.

will it prevent me to have sex with my partner ( i dont usually go with any other than any partners ).
Do I have keep away from my new born baby ( 4 months ).

Totally frustrated - I dont know how I got this.
