It is entirely possible your wife already had the virus before you met her, it is that common.

There is a chance your daughter will be infected, if not by you but by someone else she comes into contact in the school yard and so on. Although this is perhaps not desirable, nor is it to be feared. There is the increasing issue of genital HSV1 where women who avoid an oral HSV1 infection in their youth are likely to receive it as an adult genitally.

I never had sex with my wife or kissed my daughter when i had blisters 7 year back and an year back ( twice so far). But otherwise i am having sex with my wife so far and kissing my sweet daughter apart from those times of previous episodes. My Main fear is that I have transfered it to them by any chance and feeling guilty.

There is a reasonable chance that you do have an oral HSV1 infection and have had this infection from your youth. Many people are infected by their mothers as infants.

What do you need to worry about or do differently? Well I'm not sure how old you are but you've had it quite probably all but a few of those years. Given you appear not to have known then your body is doing a great job of managing the virus, as most bodies do. There is no reason to have any concerns or do anything differently in your life.

Potentially you may become more aware of outbreaks around your lips. Avoiding contact of your lips to other people when this happens is the only precaution you can realistically be expected to undertake.
