HSV 1 and HSV 2

I have been in a monogomous lesbian relationship for almost a year, and I am 41. In my 20's I slept with men. I am consistant in getting my yearly pap smears and have NEVER had any vaginal/anal problems. My partner had an abnormal PAP Smear and was diagnosed with HPV so I was tested for everything and was told I had HSV 1 and HSV 2. I was exposed in the past, however I may have no outbreaks. I was negative for HPV.
                             My ratios: HSV-1 lgGAb >1.10 OD ratio
                                            HSV-2 lgGAb >1.10 OD ratio
What does this all mean? Is there a correlation with the HPV? Please help. Thank you.

HSV and HPV are two different things.  HSV testing done on an igg test isn't effected by other things.  Wait for grace to take a look at your results she is trained in the testing.  HSV doesn't show up on paps typically.

yearly paps are not std testing :(  odds are you've never been tested for herpes before to know your status.

can you please recheck your results to make sure that they weren't actually less than 1.1.  It would be unusual to report them as merely greater than 1.1 like yours were hence why it's worth to check it out.

if your results really are just >1.1, you'll need to repeat your herpes igg blood testing with further testing. You should be able to get a herpes WB rather easily on the west coast.  

you can ask your provider to do a pap test and order hpv dna testing for you to see if you also have hpv on your cervix.
