2. If I am kissing a girl, with no outbreak, can I pass it on to her?
to a woman, can i pass HSV1 to her? I assume if the answer is yes, then she will develop genital herpes, correct? Also, can the virus mutate from HSV1 to HSV2 ? The source of my confusion
. In those 5 years, he never had an outbreak (not in 20+ years, since his teens). So, it happened when the virus was shedding. But, not bad odds since we had oral sex about 2x a week easily for those 5 years.
