HSV-1

Hi, basically i now have HSV-1 because i have a coldsore. Already i hate them, i have never had this before. im 15 and i may soon have a girlfriend. However i wonder, obviously i know not to kiss her until everything clears up.

but im wondering, once its cleared up. Can i go about my usual business with her. i.e. kissing and watnot

when it comes to sexual things in due time, should i avoid oral from her entirely, because i worry that if i kiss her even for a moment then she gives me oral, might i then start getting genital herpes?
