HSV 1&2 + then -

My ex and I had sex and 9 days after we had sex she said she was diagnosed by her physician and symptoms. She is on suppressive treatment now and Had a Herpes Igg test done for both and was positive : 2.4 for 1&2.  She said I gave it to her and I got tested with her doctors lab which wasn't Quest: mine were: 2.4 and 2.1 for 1&2.

I wanted to make sure and just got retested a month later with the Herpes Select Test from Quest and: .06 for 1 and .08 for 2.   I have no symptoms.  It's been 12 weeks since my last possible exposure.

so her results wree hsv1 igg 2.4 and hsv2 igg 2.4 or was it a combined test was 2.4 ?

your results were both low positives. I'd wait a month and repeat with a WB on yourself just to err on the side of caution.
