HSV IGG 1 positive

Hey guys , u r doing a great job here , my story started when I had something like small tumor inside my mouth , I thought its oral cancer so I went to a dentist and she send me to an oral surger and he made X-Ray and said its not cancer and u shouldn't worry about it , he said its hemangioma and if I want to remove it he could arrange for an operation next day so I said as long as its nothing to worry about then I'll just leave it as it is , anyways I started to experiance some small red dots on the top of my tongue , some sores inside my cheeks , I thought its HIV so I got tested for HIV 1/2 Oraquick 6 weeks came negative ! 8 weeks blood test antibodies came negative !
After awhile my tounge got a white coat and some sores inside my mouth !!

The dr in the lap adviced me to test for HSV and I did and here the results
Hsv 1 Igm negative 15.   Negative-< 100
Hsv 1 Igg positive 36.     Negative-< 20
Hsv 2 Igm negative 10.   Negative-< 100
Hsv 2 Igg negative 6.      Negative-<20

So now I got worried for my HIV result as as long as I tested herpes positive I might be HIV positive as well !!!! And herpes just delayed my antibodies !
Now I have couple of questions if u dont mind answering them ,
1 can hsv 1 turn to be hsv 2 ?
2 does it mean I have to wear condom forever ?
3 are these symptoms related to hsv ?
4 do I need to get tested for HIV again 3 months ?
5 as I tested HSV 1 Igg positive does this mean that I got it long time ago ?
6 Do I need to see a dr so he can give me some medicine ?

I'm so sorry my post is very long but I feel lost here :(

your tongue symptoms aren't due to herpes. continue to follow up with your provider as needed.

your partner will need tested to know their status so you can decide together what precautions to take, if any.

depending on the hiv test, depends how accurate it was at 8 weeks. any hiv testing questions need to be asked on the hiv forum.

If u don't mind answering some questions concerning the herpes it self not my result ,

1 can hsv 1 turn to be hsv 2 ?
2 does it mean I have to wear condom forever so I don't give it to my partner  ?

I really can't help you with your test results since it's a test that isn't routinely used here in the US. look for a support group in your country to see if they can provide more help.

Thanks grace for your respond and yes I took my test out of the us , I'm sorry but I'm just freaking out when I knew that there's no cure and it can be easily transferred to my partner ..
